Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to customs clearance, import duties, and taxes, which are not included in our shipping fees. Shipping Address

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@gidose.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and make things right.
