Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or enters production. If cancelled, you will receive a full refund. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.
90-Day Returns
We stand behind our products with a 90-day hassle-free return policy. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 90 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition as received

It must be returned in its original packaging

A receipt or proof of purchase is required
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Contact our customer service team for return authorization before shipping.
Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to customer preference (e.g., changed mind, ordered wrong size), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged item, incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
Restocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
