Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. You can check the status of your order directly on the carrier's website.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?
We know your order is important, so we work to fulfill orders quickly. Unfortunately, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has been placed. Please double‑check all details before you confirm checkout.
HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
If your purchase isn’t working out, we’re happy to accept returns as long as the item is in original condition (tags attached, no visible wear) and is not a clearance item.
We do not offer direct exchanges.
Once we receive your return, we will issue you an online credit note (never expires) that you can use to buy anything in our store – including a different size if you prefer.
THE ITEM I WANT IS OUT OF STOCK. WHAT DO I DO NOW?
We usually restock our latest collections within a few weeks. Sign up with your email to get restock notifications so you don’t miss out next time.
I ENTERED THE INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS – CAN YOU CHANGE IT FOR ME?
Please contact us immediately with your correct address. If your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to update the shipping label. If your order has already been packed or dispatched, we cannot make changes.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE AN INCORRECT OR FAULTY ITEM?
We’re sorry you received an incorrect or faulty item. Within 30 days of receiving your order, please email us your order number, product name/code, a photo of the item you received, and details of the issue.
I FORGOT TO APPLY MY DISCOUNT CODE, CAN I STILL APPLY IT?
